Amazingly convenient location in the historic center, 5 minutes from two metro stations. Friendly staff. Practically absolute cleanliness in the room and daily quality cleaning. Amazing atmosphere and ambiance of Naples. Huge window with balcony overlooking a busy street and at the same time silence in the room. Brilliant combination of price and quality.

The location is at the heart of city. It allows you to go around the the city on foot all day long. And amazing staff. Super-supportive manager Nishan. They guided us well for sightseeing and transport. They even arranged Taxi for airport early morning so we did not have to bother about it.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room cleaned beautifully each day. Hotel location right in the middle of an interesting street. Very little noise. Copious supplies of hot water - shower pressure great. Air con worked well. Great bonus to find there was a free taxi ride from the airport. Via Chiaia is 'pedestrianised' (if you believe that you don't know Italy!) and very easy to get a taxi from the piazza at the western end of the street.

Comfortable beds, spacious room and good options for storage space. Had mini fridge and kitchen though you need to have your own plates or small vessels if you want to cook something. Central location to important sites like castles, port and shopping streets. Hotel present on busy Chiaia street, we requested for quiet room, therefore we were non street facing room. Plenty of good restaurants in the vicinity.

The staff at this property were amazing. They made my stay at this property so easy, everything I requested from them was attended to. If you have a chance to stay in Naples and want a place that’s accessible to Toledo and it’s surroundings this is the place to stay.

Excellent hotel. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was great, within walking distance from everything and near lots of shops, bars and restaurants. Overall great experience and would definitely return!

The location, the room, and the staff were the best. We had a very pleasant stay. We had the pleasure of Nishan as a receptionist and he was really skilled, knowledgeable and understanding. Biggest recommendations from here.
